The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of free parking available. Its easterly orientation means you have excellent morning and midday sunshine both its front terrace and balcony.

Upon entering the private gate from the street, you have six steps up to the spacious front terrace that includes a dining table and four chairs and an awning for shade in the summer. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans and cooking equipment. It is furnished with an extendible dining table with four chairs, a sofa with a coffee table and a dresser with a Smart TV. There is hot and cold air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the lounge. There is a ground floor bathroom with a shower, WC and wash basin.

The property has Wi-Fi Internet included.

The stairs lead to the first floor where you have a second bedroom with modern bunkbeds, wardrobe space, a ceiling fan and access to the balcony with a table and two chairs. From here you have pleasant views over the area. The master bedroom has a double bed, a double wardrobe and a ceiling fan. There is a second bathroom with a shower, WC and wash basin.

Less than 5 minutes walk away (300m) is the La Marina Sports Complex who offer a wonderful large public pool with sun beds, children’s pool, bar and restaurant as well as crazy golf all for very reasonable prices. From here in the summer (June-September), it is possible to catch the beach bus that runs almost hourly to the local beach just 5km away. The beautiful natural beaches are some of the best of the province and have free parking, beach bars, restaurants, and sun beds.

There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and services within a few minutes walking distance from the property.
