The property is located in a quiet residential area and a short walk from amenities. The spacious terraced gardens have attractive borders with climbing flowering plants, fruit trees and a palm tree. There is a private driveway for one vehicle and free parking in the street. The large private swimming pool has easy access steps from a corner in the shallow end. The surrounding terrace has six sun beds and two parasols to make the most of the sunshine and relax. To the side of the property is located a barbecue and another seating area with gazebo. The pool area receives sunshine from the morning onwards for most of the day.

The covered porch area has a round table and six chairs making it an ideal spot for lunch in the shade with a view of the gardens. From here you can also enjoy a cold drink whilst watching the children in the pool. Once inside, you will find a large living room with two sofas, 40” TV including UK and Spanish channels, air conditioning, wi-fi internet and a dining area for six people. The separate kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker as well as cooking equipment and plates, etc. There is a rear door that gives access to a laundry area with a washing machine and clothes dryer. A staircase leads up to the ample roof top solarium where you can relish all day sunshine and appreciate the panoramic views of the area. There is a feature covered corner in the tower for shade that has a patio set.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with bedside tables, a closet, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a corner tub with a shower attachment above, his and hers sinks, a bidet and a WC. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The second bathroom has a shower and WC.

The property is located just a 10-minute walk from the Consum commercial centre where you have a great range of services including supermarket, and some great bars, restaurants and cafes which often have entertainment in the evenings. Between the property and the shopping centre is a park area which includes a children’s park, mini golf course (clubs and balls not provided) and sports areas. There is also a local sports centre very close by where you can hire a tennis or padel court, and there is free access to a small hard pitch and large artificially grassed football pitch as well as a children’s playground.

The beach of La Marina is just 6km (10 minute by car) where you will find some of the most natural and attractive sandy shores in the province. Surrounded by the Mediterranean pines, sand dunes lead up to kilometres of unspoilt sandy beach. There are some old beach houses in direction of El Pinet beach with some great tapas and Mediterranean menus to try with frontline views to the sea. In the summer there are several Chiringuito beach bars for refreshments as well as water sport hire companies. There is plenty of parking and buses run regular from the urbanisation back and forth.

"Casa Rosa was perfect. We boekten de villa om familie in de urbanisatie te bezoeken en het was letterlijk 5 minuten lopen. Onze dochters waren het zwembad, dat echt heel groot is, nooit uit. De villa heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om voor je gezin te koken, inclusief een barbecue. Er zijn genoeg zit- en ligplekken buiten om optimaal te genieten van de Spaanse zon. We komen zeker terug. Bedankt voor een heerlijke week in La Marina."

"We hebben een paar dagen bij Dayse doorgebracht en we zijn ontzettend blij. Hij was vanaf het begin erg aardig, omdat we net terugkwamen van een ander huis waar we een ongeluk hadden gehad. Hij voorzag ons heel snel van alles wat we nodig hadden. Het huis is spectaculair, heel groot, heeft een prieel, een enorm zwembad en, wat voor mij heel belangrijk is, vanaf het middaguur beginnen de schaduwen zich over het zwembadgebied te verspreiden. Op het dak bevinden zich nog een prieel en een open ruimte. Binnen is er airconditioning in de woonkamer en alle drie de slaapkamers, en de keuken is volledig uitgerust en alles werkt perfect. Wij hopen volgend jaar terug te komen. Hartelijk dank voor alles."
